The Continuum Method is an integrated muscle correction and exercise method designed to tap into hidden strength, mobility and performance.

Our three-step process allows us to determine if your sport, yoga, Pilates, weight training or any activity is pushing you toward better health and performance or toward injury, inflammation and decreased performance. Our job is to discover where your body is hiding imbalances and then deploy customized techniques to improve stability and mobility.

While most forms of traditional intervention focus on alleviating the symptoms of pain and muscle tightness, we use muscle activation techniques (MAT) to focus on improving muscle function. We find that this approach both solves the original problem and provides a more permanent solution.
